Terms and Conditions: 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. Scope of Guarantee
    1. This 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) applies to all products and services provided by Reel 37 (the “Company”) to its customers (the “Customers”).
    2. The Guarantee ensures that Customers will be completely satisfied with their purchase or service, and in the event of dissatisfaction, the Company will take appropriate measures to resolve the issue to the Customer’s satisfaction.
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Guarantee is valid for all purchases made directly from the Company, including online, in-store, or via telephone, within a specified time frame, typically within 30 days from the date of purchase or completion of service.
    2. The Guarantee applies to both individual customers and business entities that meet the eligibility criteria.
  3. Claims and Refunds
    1. To initiate a claim under the Guarantee, Customers must notify the Company’s Customer Service Department within the specified time frame, providing details of their dissatisfaction and any relevant supporting documentation.
    2. The Company will review each claim promptly and may request additional information or evidence, if necessary, to evaluate the claim.
    3. If the claim is deemed valid, the Company will offer one or more of the following remedies to the Customer:
      1. Replacement of the product or reperformance of the service to rectify the issue.
      2. Full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping or service charges.
    4. The Customer’s acceptance of a refund or replacement under the Guarantee constitutes a full and final settlement of the claim. The Company’s liability shall not extend beyond the remedies provided under this Guarantee.
  4. Exclusions and Limitations
    1. The Guarantee does not cover dissatisfaction arising from:
      1. Improper use, handling, or storage of the product or service.
      2. Damage caused by the Customer or any third party.
      3. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aesthetic preferences.
      4. Products or services that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
      5. Services rendered by third-party providers, unless explicitly specified.
    2. The Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or recipient of the service.
    3. The Company reserves the right to refuse a claim if the Customer has violated any terms and conditions of the Guarantee or engaged in fraudulent activity.
    4. The Commercial Offer Guarantee “We guarantee we can produce you a commercial at equal or better quality as the Porsche commercial above!” (referring to A Respected Car, For a Respected leader Commercial) This guarantee applies specifically to the Standard & Premium Commercial Packages.
  5. Modifications and Termination
    1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Guarantee at any time, without prior notice or liability.
    2. In the event of termination, any claims made prior to the termination date will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the claim.
  6. Governing Law
    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
    2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles, CA.
